The TrimPAC EZ vacuums trim waste via an inline material handling fan, through an on-board cyclone and into one of two high-capacity collection bags. These dual collection bags allow continuous operation — you can divert trim into one bag while changing the other.
Particulates are separated from the airstream and sent through 1-micron filtration.

Customizable
The TrimPAC EZ can handle paper, die cuts, knock outs and continuous trim on its own, but an optional cutter enhancement allows it to cut and capture film and sheet, and non-wovens.
Single or dual infeeds are available to best suit your needs.

Because the TrimPAC EZ is pre-engineered, it can be delivered quickly, arriving ready to install and operate.
The virtually maintenance-free trim handling system is also portable. Lockable swivel casters allow you to safely move it from press to press.
