Precision AirConvey’s TrimPAC EZ machine system was the star of the show at our booth at the International Converting Exhibition (ICE) trade show, generating wide interest in this affordable and portable trim waste handling solution.
The TrimPAC EZ was the centerpiece of our display at the event, which is the premiere trade show for the converting industry, bringing together professionals from nearly 50 countries and 350 solution providers in Orlando, Florida. The machine drew a steady stream of visitors who wanted to hear more about this state-of-the-art trim solution.
The TrimPAC EZ vacuums trim waste into two-high capacity collection bags. With a floor profile of less than 18 square feet and an optional cutter system, the machine is the perfect solution for companies that seek convenience, portability, and flexibility.
The PAC Sales Team at the event consisted of Regional Sales Managers Kevin Bock and Kevin Callaghan, CEO and President Tom Embley, Marketing Manager Sarah Maietta, and Sales and Marketing Assistant Paula Lanouette, along with Area Reps Steve Hesser, Donnie Hopkins, and Joel Bartelt. The team fielded questions from attendees about our company’s converting solutions and gathered leads for new businesses we can help.
A popular giveaway at the display was our USB drive, which contained information about PAC’s four benefits for trim and matrix removal systems: saving money on materials, increasing productivity, decreasing downtime, and reducing labor. The USB also showcased videos of our machines in action, such as our Granulate Feed System (GFS), which can utilize reclaimed film and sheet materials for as much as 28% of extruder output.
The PAC Sales Team also promoted PAC’s industry-leading technology and customer service. A PAC cutter was on display to showcase our company’s use of inlaid carbide blades, which are the hardest on the market and therefore require the least maintenance of any in the industry.
But it wasn’t all business. The PAC sales team was able to enjoy the sunny central Florida weather, and even witnessed the launching of SpaceX’s Falcon 9 weather satellite from the Cape Canaveral Air Force Station. Our team is looking forward to visiting Orlando again in late March for NPE2015, the leading international plastics trade show.
