As a highly skilled and accomplished engineer, Jason brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his role at PAC. He holds a Chemical Engineering degree from Drexel University in Philadelphia, PA. Prior to joining the PAC team, he spent time in Chicago, Illinois, where he worked as a Field Engineer performing Gas Emissions Testing.
Currently, Jason resides in Newark, Delaware, and in his free time, he enjoys staying active by participating in sports such as golfing, snowboarding, and working out. He also values spending time with his friends and family. His expertise in chemical engineering, combined with his experience in field engineering, makes him a valuable asset to the organization and his ability to apply his knowledge and skills to his work is instrumental in ensuring the success of the PAC team.

With a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Delaware Technical College and two internships under his belt, Michael has honed his skills and gained practical experience in the field.
He is proficient in various design software, including AutoCAD Mechanical, CAD, Solidworks, Onshape, 3D Modeling, and 3D Printing. Michael's expertise in these areas makes him a valuable asset to any team, and he's always eager to take on new challenges.
Connor is a highly skilled and accomplished engineer who brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his role at PAC. He holds a Mechanical Engineering degree from Drexel University in Philadelphia, PA, where he also minored in Entrepreneurship. Prior to joining the PAC team, he gained valuable experience in the medical device industry, designing spine implants.
In his personal time, Connor is an avid tinkerer and car enthusiast. He enjoys working on his cars, experimenting with his 3D printer, coaching wrestling, and spending time with his family and friends. He resides in Little Britain, PA.

As a Project Engineer at PAC, Michael plays a vital role in the organization's daily success. He brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the role, having previously worked as a technician on the Production Team before pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Central Florida. Upon completion of his degree, he returned to Wilmington, Delaware, and rejoined the PAC team as a member of the Engineering team.
In his personal time, Michael enjoys cooking, outdoor activities, and spending time with his family and friends. His technical expertise and experience, both as a technician and engineer, make him a valuable asset to the PAC team, and his ability to apply the knowledge gained during his studies to his work has been instrumental in ensuring the success of the organization's projects.
Kevin helps support the design work in the engineering department at PAC. He joins with the team in the development and maintenance of revisions to engineering drawings that include system layouts for the customer as well as custom parts to be manufactured. He has over 10 years work experience in the design industry using both computer aided drafting and graphic design tools on various projects to achieve the results required for the company assignments.
In his spare time Kevin likes small trips with his wife, four children and three grandchildren. Recently a resident of Delaware he also enjoys in his spare time visiting and meeting people in local museums and creating art that reflects important events in American history.
Nikolai Sterling is a talented Engineer with a passion for cutting-edge technology and innovative solutions. With a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Widener University, Nikolai brings a strong technical background and a wealth of experience to his role as a Project Engineer at PAC. Before joining our team, Nikolai made a name for himself working as an AV Solutions Engineer. Since 2012, he has played a key role in the design and installation of pneumatic waste collection systems, managing projects from submission to installation, operations, and maintenance. Prior to working at Envac, Theodore has held various positions such as Production Engineer, Chief Product Designer, and Designer/Estimator, where he has gained a wealth of experience in project management and design.
He holds advanced degrees in Mechanical Engineering, including a Bachelor of Science and a Master's degree. Theodore has an impressive track record of successfully leading projects in Cite Verte, Quebec City, Montreal Jewish Hospital, and Roosevelt Island, NY.
